   Roll Threading: 1/4" through 3" diameter
   Cut Threading: 1/4" through 4" diameter
   CNC Machining through 15" diameter
   Hot forging of custom parts from ¼” through 4” diameter

Heat Treating and Material testing capabilities include:
   Metalurigical examination using state-of-the-art Leica
      Microscope and Struers software
   Full Mechanical Testing (Tensile/Proof to 300,000 lbs.)
   Complete Chemical Analysis
   Charpy Impact testing to - 150 degrees
   Salt Spray Testing Per ASTM B -117
   Hardness testing (Rockwell, Brinell, Eddy Current)
