in manufacturing specialty riser bolts for offshore oil & gas
installations.
Typically manufactured from 4340 material, Lone Star’s riser
bolts are hot forged to insure
proper grain flow and meet customer ’s
requirements and service applications.
After completion of the manufacturing process, parts can be Fluoropolymer coated for corrosion resistance and lubricity in Lone Star Fastener’s in-house coating facility.
Through our in-house forging, manufacturing, testing, and coating processes, Lone Star Fasteners provides quality, turnkey parts meeting customer’s specifications and delivery requirements every time.
Bonnet Bolts
Specialty Bonnet Bolts are manufactured to customer print and
specifications. They are supplied to the wellhead and valve original
equipment manufacturers (OEM’s).
After manufacture, bonnet bolts can also be coated, in-house,
with a variety of Fluoropolymer and other specialty coatings.
