Kits & Assemblies

1. Lone Star works with our Clients to manage the parts in a Kit or assembly.
2. Some parts in the kits may require special bagging with unique labels .
3. Some parts in the kits may be specially bagged with unique labels.
4. Boxes may have a full list of the parts to be included in the Kit .
5. Boxes may be bar coded for ease in receiving and stocking to specific points of use or storage.
6. Boxes may have labels installed in various locations for ease of reading items stocked on shelves.
7. Items may require plating or coating, all done in Lone Star’s facility, to reduce outside trucking and handling costs – all within our quality system.
8. Kits may include gaskets or other related parts needed at the point of use.
9. Kits may be managed by one of Lone Star’s VMI, (Vendor Managed Inventory), programs for delivery as needed .
